What is GirlX?
GirlX is an app to chat with an AI girlfriend/companion. You can message, send gifts, create characters and generate images — all for entertainment.
Are the characters real people?
No. All characters and replies are AI-generated and do not represent real people.
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or continue as a Guest.
What are Gems and how do I get them?
Gems are the in-app currency used to chat, generate images and send gifts. Earn them free via the daily check-in in Rewards, or buy more in the Store.
How does the daily check-in work?
Open the Rewards tab (or the "Daily check-in" button in the Store) and claim your gems each day. Longer streaks give bigger rewards.
What does VIP include?
VIP unlocks unlimited chatting, daily gems, exclusive content and faster responses. Available as Monthly and Yearly auto-renewable plans.
How do I cancel VIP?
iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → GirlX → Cancel. VIP stays active until the end of the paid period.
I purchased but didn't receive it
Try "Restore Purchases" on the VIP screen. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your transaction receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Spent gems are non-refundable. App Store purchase refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Are my chats private?
Chat content is only used to provide the features. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I change the language?
Open in-app Settings → Language.
Age requirement?
The app is intended for users aged 17 and older.
Delete my account / data?
Send a request to our support email and we will delete all of your data.
Report a bug or inappropriate content?
Email us with a description and screenshots and we'll address it promptly.
